For anything larger than a handful of emails, upload a CSV. You'll get a per-row results table and exportable output when the job finishes.
Open Email Validation from the sidebar and choose CSV Upload.
File type: .csv only.
Maximum rows: 100,000 per file. Split larger lists across multiple uploads.
Headers are optional — you'll tell us whether your file has them in the next step.
Extra columns are kept and included in the export, so you can preserve metadata like first name, company, or your own IDs.
Drop or pick your CSV file.
Choose "Has header row" or "No header row" from the CSV Header Row dropdown.
Pick your email column from the Select Email Column dropdown — we try to auto-detect it but you can override.
Confirm the 5-row preview looks right.
Submit. Your job appears in history and processes in the background.
Head to the job detail page to see per-row statuses, filter and export to CSV or JSON, or push valid emails to Clay via webhook. See Reading your results and exporting for more.
