From your billing page, click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
Your subscription is set to end at the close of your current billing cycle. Until that date, nothing changes — you keep your API key, all integrations, and your current credit balance.
By cancelling your subscription, all unused credits will expire at the end of this billing cycle.
Your API key stops working once the subscription is no longer active, and HubSpot/Clay integrations will stop syncing. Re-subscribing creates a new subscription period with a fresh credit grant.
There's no in-app pause feature. If you're not burning through your monthly credits, downgrade to a smaller plan instead of cancelling — your credits keep rolling over month to month as long as your subscription stays active.
