When a validation job finishes (or while it's still streaming), open it from your job history to see per-row results.
Email — the address you submitted.
Status — the validation outcome (see below).
MX Domain — the mail server domain handling the address.
Provider — the email provider behind that MX (e.g. Google, Microsoft).
Type — e.g. professional vs personal.
MX Secure Gateway — present when a security gateway sits in front of the mail server.
OK — deliverable, safe to send to.
Catch All Valid — on a catch-all domain but Enrichley's catch-all logic recovered it as safe.
Catch All — on a catch-all domain and we couldn't verify the specific mailbox. Treat as risky.
Invalid — not deliverable. Don't send.
Unknown — we couldn't determine the result definitively.
Error — an upstream issue prevented validation. Re-running the address later may succeed.
Click Export to open the export dialog. You can:
Filter by status — check the boxes for the statuses you want (OK, Catch All Valid, Catch All, Invalid, Unknown, Error). "Select all" and "Clear" shortcuts are available.
Pick the format — CSV or JSON.
Choose validation columns to include (Status, MX Domain, Provider, Email Type, etc.). Your original input columns are always included.
Send-safe list — check OK and Catch All Valid only.
Suppression list — check Invalid only.
Retry queue — check Error and Unknown only, re-run later.
